Intro to Core Shamanism Training

In this introductory course you will learn about the core principles of core shamanism, which is not culture-specific. You will discover your own power animal(s) through a guided imagery exercise, learn the difference between Western and shamanic healing, discover the effects of drumming, and learn how to journey, a technique that enables you to access spiritual information for yourself and others. You will learn about the three worlds that shamans travel in and will experience two of them in class. And we will discuss the tools of the shaman. This class is a pre-requisite for all further shamanic trainings with Jeanne including the Intro to Celtic Shamanism class. Please bring a notebook and pen to record your journeys and a bandana or eye covering.
