Shamanic Information
Core Shamanism incorporates ancient techniques to achieve and maintain health and well-being for the self and the community, thus it is not culture specific. Core and Celtic Shamanism are both studied at Brigid's House.
Jeanne Troge, MA
Jeanne Marie Troge, MA, co-owner of Brigid’s House, is a teacher, healer, counselor, published poet, songwriter, singer and minister. Jeanne is an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic practitioner and teacher ofcore and Celtic shamanism, spiritual counselor, and minister of the Circle of the Sacred Earth Church.
Brenda Mason
Brenda Mason is co-owner of Brigid's House. Brenda attended massage school in Fargo, ND at Sister Rosalind's School of Massage. She has also completed three levels of myofascial release seminars with John T. Barnes. Brenda has studied Ersdal Zone Therapy (advanced reflexology). Brenda is also a practicing Usui and Karuna Reiki Master. Among the other modalities, Brenda has studied are the first and second levels of Three Heart Balancing, Lomi Lomi, and Koryo Hand Therapy.

Brigid’s Classes & Workshops
Brigid's House has an ongoing program of classes and workshops virtually every week. Classes range from Shamanic Apprenticeships Programs to Reiki Training to Mediumship to Hand Analysis. Plus, we sponsor regular events and are also very visible at area expos. Check our calendar for what might interest YOU.
Massage
Massage is one of the oldest form of the healing arts. Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use and ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians employed various of massage for the relief of many ailments. Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy which can facilitate stress-reduction and relaxation, support effective immune-system function, enhance the body's self-healing mechanisms and replenish and nurture vitality. Reiki is holistic in its effect, and may elicit a healing response in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of the individual.
Brigid’s House Crystals and Tumbled Stones
Crystal healing is the use of crystals to bring about healing and positive changes in the mind and body. Here at Brigid's House we have not only amazing quartz crystals, but also a wide array of tumbled stones. Plus, we feature many comphrenhesive books on Crystals.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient Indian body of knowledge that dates back more than 5000 years ago. The word "Yoga" came from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate." Yoga is about the union of a person's own consciousness and the universal consciousness.
